Deprime a few to examine thoroughly; weigh some and compare to known-quality brass; try some with a tested load.
9mm brass is normally forgiving, but some stuff is weird.
I didn't find ICC or icc in my list of headstamp markings. I haven't encountered it before. Do as Weshoot suggests. Inspect it, then give it a test. It might be good stuff, but don't be afraid to discard it if you have any reservations.
might that be CCI? If so I have been picking up lots (!) of CCI brass after our local Sheriffs Dept. and city Police do their monthly training at our club range. I run it through my Dillon and TMII without a hitch.

RonT you are probably correct. I don't know why someone didn't think of that before. JSJ was probably reading case upside down....or could be dyslexic(just kidding). Or maybe it is ICC, but I bet you are correct.
THe head stamp is icc .I think it is international cartridge corp (spelling?) I also found some 45 and it looked very poor .I junked it all. thanks Jeff
