Nice holster. Back over the summer a friend and I dropped by Blade-Tech in Puyallup, WA to check out holsters. We were hoping they made one for a Hi-power, but they did not. They did offer to custom make a holster if we gave them a BHP to mold one around. We were on a business trip so didn't have our pistols with us.

But the Safariland looks like a great alternative and a few bucks less than a Blade-Tech holster.

Blade-Tech used to make fine OWB and IWB holsters for Hi Powers, both for the 9mm and the 40cal because of the slight dimensional differences--something that other companies didn't understand or care about. I'm glad that I bought mine a couple of years ago, because I just checked their website and it does appear that they have gotten out of the Hi Power business. Too bad.

Thanks for posting the information and the pictures!

I probably will get one of those holsters for my Hi Power, I have a similar one I use daily for my Walther PPS.

I had to go to a OWB style of holster, as my IWB rigs were pressing hard on my hip bone , lots of discomfort after years of IWB carry.

The only issue with the Safariland, is it secures on the triggerguard, and on my PPS , slightly mars the triggerguard on the left.

Does this happen with your Hi Power?

Otherwise, an extremely great holster for the money!
