It is a great blade. One of my favorites however, is the one that is 3rd from the right on the bottom row. It is Damscus with a stained Camel Bone handle. There is a huge amount of "power" felt when holding the knife. It truly is something you have to hold to understand.

A pair of fixed blade knives I've won

Almost every knife show I've attended has raffles for knives (mainly) and other knife related stuff during the course of the show. I've been lucky to win two knives; the first shown is in honor of Dale Warther, of Warther Knife Company/Dover Ohio annual knife show; it is a thumb knife with a plaque commemorating the 2014 Dale Warther Memorial Knife Show:

There is a "back story" to this knife; at the Warther Show we always go to dinner at one of the Amish Restaurants near Dover, OH and there is a raffle for door prizes. Every plate has a raffle ticket on it; one ticket per person. On my wife's plate, two other plates, and my plate were 2 tickets. I collected the "extra" tickets and gave them back. When the ticket was drawn for the memorial knife, it was the ticket that was on my plate that I turned in…next ticket was the one that I had kept! Call it Karma - I was obviously destined to win that knife!

The other knife, made by Doug Alcorn, a Michigan Maker, was won at the Spring Wolverine Knife Collector's Club Show back around 2005 or 2006.

Doug is a Michigan Maker; he donated the knife to the Club for a door prize; usually one of the knife makers who belong to the club donate a knife every show.

This is unfortunately not the custom AK or even midtech version but rather the boker colab. Steel gives that away. The feel/balance of the knife and overall geometry are really really awesome.

Mainly just posting this because you can't beat that serial. =D

Do you like them blades working ? :)
Here is my NMFSHLE doing some wood work.

Splitting is easy :)

Please tell the name and preferably the price of this blade, I have to have one! Something custom shop.
This is Busse Inactive Duty. INFI Steel. This is a variant of Active Duty or AD model they have (which is much thinner blade - they have few flavors of that too). IAD not produced anymore. The price on the secondary market is $700+
